I cannot register.
Please get in contact with our customer support at service@taypay.com and tell us your name, address and birthday.
   
I can´t log in. What have I done wrong?
First, please check that you have entered the correct access data and then repeat the procedure. Please note to use your TAYPAY ID and your PayPIN. You can request your PayPIN at www.taypay.com

A problem occurs if you do not have cookies enabled on your computer. The problem can also occur if you have a firewall activated.

Cookies are small text files that store data that the website needs to carry out certain functions. They make it possible, for example, to check your access details and whether you are authorised to use the site.

I have forgotten my TAYPAY ID/ my PayPin.
You can request it at www.taypay.com
   
I cannot replenish my TAYPAY account respectively get the message “You cannot replenish your TAYPAY account. You have reched your limit!”
Your TAYPAY account has to be activated to be used completely. You should have received a letter containing your TAYPAY activation code. Please enter it at your member area of TAYPAY.
   
My TAYPAY account is already activated completely but I cannot replenish my account.
You have reached your limit with your current credit rating - this is set for a period of 30 days - please wait a few days and try again.
   
I have balanced my account but cannot replenish now.
Please check your bank details/ credit card data at your member area and communicate with us to unblock this payment method for you.
   
I cannot send money/ cannot request pay out.
Your TAYPAY account is not activated. Your TAYPAY account has to be activated to be used completely. You should have received a letter containing your TAYPAY activation code. Please enter it at your member area of TAYPAY.
   
I cannot purchase any program.
Please check if your TAYPAY account has sufficient funds. To purchase programs you will need your TAYPAY ID and your PayPIN.
   
I have purchased a project and cannot login with my ID and password.
You can reach booked projects directly from your member area of TAYPAY by the menu “selected prog.” There is a list of all active subscriptions with the respective login button. If login is not possible on this way, too please contact the webmaster directly (you should find contact data on the respective sites).
   
I want to cancel subscriptions.
You can cancel booked projects at any time from your member area of TAYPAY. Please select the menu item “subscriptions” and click the respective button. Already cancelled but still valid projects are highlighted red. Please note our cancellation terms.
   
I have purchased a project but cannot cancel it by the menu “subscriptions” and it is not shown there, too.
You have purchased a non-recuring project which must not be cancelled.
   
I have purchased a project by “pay-by-click” and cannot access it with the login data.
Please note that in most cases a “pay-by-click” project is a one time access and you can view it only with the browser session you have purchased it. Please follow this instructions using “pay-by-click”:
 
  • Enter the respective site.
  • Click on the “pay-by-click” button.
  • Another window appears and you will be asked to enter your ID and PayPin; then click continue.
  • A confirmation window appears and booking was done; click on continue to get to the project (if necessary repeat it).
  • Now you are logged in and you can view the purchased project respectively it is shown on the screen marked as paid and you have to click on it. If you click on another “pay-by-click” button the amount will be automatically debited from your account and you can view it.
Problems with the firewall
If you have activated a firewall, we recommend that you reconfigure it while you are using the membership area, or where this is not possible, that you deactivate it. Livechats and most video players cannot otherwise obtain the necessary data.
   
Videos and films in the membership area do not run.
Please check first that you have the required video player installed. If this player is not installed, no videos or live images can be transmitted.
